Quality Spices LLC was established in 2022 as an Indian Wholesale Grocery business serving Customers in the Greater Houston area and also in Texas.  The owners of Quality Spices, Harshad Mithani and Harsha Mithani have been in the Grocery business in the Houston area for the past 30 years.  Quality Spices primarily serves Indian restaurants and grocery stores with their grocery supplies needs.  Quality Spices has exclusive distribution rights for certain brands.

With approximately 3,500 unique SKUs (Stock Keeping Units), the process of keeping track of inventory is not that simple.  Some of the items come in packets of 12 some in drums some in bottles etc.  When Customers place their orders, the orders have different packing, size and quantity, all these bring complexities on order taking, order fulfillment and invoice generation.  The owners had used a custom developed desktop software application to create invoices that are specific to the food wholesale industry.  Accurants team developed a customized template within the the accurants software suite, since accurants is Cloud-based, it provided the flexibility to run their business from anywhere, any time and from any device.
